1. Reservations/Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed to the guest in writing and are contractually binding for the guest. Any subsequent amendments must be made in writing and confirmed by both parties.

2. Hotel rooms/Facilities

The hotel room is reserved exclusively for the registered guest. Giving the room away to a third person or the use by an additional person is subject to a written approval of the hotel. In the absence of any objections to the room at the time of handover, the premises/rooms, including the furnishings and equipment, shall be deemed to be complete, correct and fully functional. Complaints or objections received after the time of handover cannot be accepted.

3. Key

The room key provided by the hotel remains the property of the hotel. The loss of the key must be reported to the reception immediately. The guest will be charged CHF 100.00 for the loss of the key.

4. Arrival/Departure

The rooms are available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged with the hotel. If the guest uses the room longer without prior agreement, 50% of the room costs can be charged until 6.00 pm and 100% of the room costs can be charged from 6.00 pm.

5. Reception

Reception opening hours are from 7.30 am to 11.30 am and from 4.00 pm to 6.30 pm.

6. Pets

Dogs are allowed at the B&B River Inn at a daily rate of CHF 11.00 per dog without food. Dogs are not permitted in the breakfast room. In all public areas of the hotel the dogs have to be on a leash at all times. Dog owners can be held liable for any injury/damage caused by their animal.

7. Prices

The prices are announced in the reservation confirmation. The prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the respective legal Swiss VAT.

8. Breakfast

The hotel does not offer a reduction for breakfast that has not been consumed.

9. Amendments/Cancellation terms/Early departure/No-shows

Cancellations received up to 8 days before arrival do not incur any charges. For cancellations received 7 days to 1 day before arrival, on the arrival date or in the event of a no-show we charge 100% of the total amount. If the guest departs early, the hotel is also entitled to charge the full amount.

Important notice: For bookings over Christmas/New Year's Eve (26.12. – 03.01.) we charge 100% of the total amount for cancellations received 14 days before arrival until the day of arrival and in case of no-show.

10. Parking

We offer our guests cost-free outside parking spaces. No liability is accepted for any damage to the vehicle.

11. Liability

The hotel disclaims any liability for theft, damage or loss. Guests shall be liable for all loss, damage or personal injury, including any consequential loss, damage or injury, caused during their stay, whether by themselves or their companions, vis-à-vis the B&B River Inn, its staff or a third party. Guests are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage for objects that they have brought with them.

12. Applicable law

Any claims or disputes are exclusively governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be St. Moritz.

13. Partial invalidity

If one or more items of these GTC prove to be unlawful or invalid, they will be replaced by relevant legal regulations. This does not invalidate any other components of these GTC.
